In 1938, Timothy Oshokoya prayed in a jail cell and was miraculously acquitted. He began seeking God and was saved in 1939. Then an evangelist gave him an Apostolic Faith tract. In 1944, he held a meeting to adopt the Apostolic Faith doctrines and begin in our work in Africa. Today we have over 700 churches in Nigeria alone.
