A 50% down payment is required to make a reservation, with the full amount due two weeks before the event. The cleaning deposit of $200 is refunded when the kitchen and dishwasher are returned in good condition. For larger events such as weddings, other fees may apply. Please note: anyone from your group who assists in the kitchen must first watch a food safety training video.

Price is determined by the number of staff required to help with the event; an authorized wedding coordinator will advise for weddings and anniversaries. No cost for music recitals.
The room accommodates two adults comfortably, but larger groups of friends or families may choose to stay together in one room.
A variety of beds are available including queen, double, twin, and bunk beds.
Each unit measures ten by twenty feet and includes a half bath (no sink) with shower.
The main living area is equipped with a sink, counter, and cabinets. It is also furnished with a bed, microwave oven, and small refrigerator.
Sheets are provided, but not towels or toiletries.
Four units are wheelchair accessible. If you require a wheel chair ramp or main floor unit, please note this on your request.
If you are staying during the first week of camp meeting, you may check in the Thursday before camp meeting begins and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. (If you can check out sooner it will help us in being able to prepare the room for the next guest.)
If you are coming for the second week of camp meeting, check-in times will vary. The earliest you may check in is 4:00 p.m. on the middle Saturday, but please confirm that time with the camp office manager. It is helpful if you check out no later than the Monday after camp meeting ends.
If you are staying for both weeks of camp meeting, you may check in the Thursday before camp begins, and it is helpful if you checkout no later than the Monday after camp meeting ends.
