In 1928, Elfrida Richardson prayed through to salvation in the Dominican Republic after reading our paper, which her sister found along a roadside. In 1930, she began leading an Apostolic Faith group at a sugar mill in Quisqueya. The work expanded to other sugar mills and now includes 35 churches.
