Prelude: The young people’s orchestra played “Let the Redeemed of the Lord Say So.” The young people’s choir then sang “He Is the Rock.”
Testimonies: Marcus Luka testified that he has some issues with his wrists and elbows that will require surgery, and he is thankful the Lord has been helping expedite what he was told could take months or years to schedule. Mackenzie Ewers was thankful for the Lord’s clear direction in choosing a college and career path when she completely put her trust in Him. Ryan Erdmann remembered feeling conviction as a young boy and realizing he had to confess his sins to Jesus instead of to his mom. When he did that, the Lord saved him.
First Special: A mixed ensemble sang “He’s Still in the Fire.”
Last Special: The young people’s choir sang “The Goodness of God” with Susie Asaya as soloist (pictured above).
Sermon: Randy Baltzell read Jeremiah 31:3 and spoke about the account of Mephibosheth, explaining that God values every individual and has good plans for each one.
