02-25-2024 – Sunday Evening Service

Prelude: The orchestra played “Amazing Grace” and “God of Grace and God of Glory.” The choir followed, singing “Revive Us Again” accompanied by the orchestra.

Featured Testimonies: Caleb Copko said that he has been saved for sixteen years and that he appreciates that he can bring the needs of his family before the Lord. Susan Asaya testified that God saved her and sanctified her and is glad that she can apply the Word to her everyday life. Lee Spakousky was so thankful to be able to say that in a few days he will have been married for fifty years, and that it’s great to serve the Lord.

First Special: The octet, with Caleb Copko as soloist, sang “Somebody’s Praying,” accompanied by Gary Riler on the saxophone.

Last Special: Peter Moberg (pictured) sang “Come to Jesus.”

Sermon: Steve Mixer, from Spokane, Washington, read James 5:16-18, reminding his listeners of the importance of being in a spirit of prayer all of the time.
