Prelude: To open the service, the orchestra played “What Child Is This?” and “Canticle of the Angels and Kings.” The choir followed, singing “Good Christians All Rejoice.”

First Special: A men’s quartet sang “Jesus, What A Wonderful Child.”

Last Special: Ashley Morgan (pictured) sang “He Made a Way in a Manger.”

Sermon: Dave Lambert read Matthew 1:23, reminding everyone that God came to earth so that He could be with them and to provide a way of salvation by dying on the Cross and rising again.
