Prelude: A violin quartet played “He Hideth My Soul” and “Down by the Riverside.”

Featured Testimonies: Larry Montgomery testified about how God was with him during a recent health crisis and comforted him through Scriptures. He also thanked the Lord for giving him a healing and sparing him from a second trip to the emergency room. Jennifer Worthington told how she has dealt with migraines for many years, but after asking for prayer, she hasn’t had a migraine in over three weeks.

First Special: The choir sang “The Blood-Washed Pilgrim.”

Last Special: Genevieve Worthington (pictured) sang “I Need Thee Every Hour.”

Sermon: John Musgrave read 1 Peter 1:3-5 and spoke about the keeping power of God, reminding everyone that God’s power is the same today as it was on the Day of Pentecost, and He is still able to answer prayer.
