10-25-2022 – Tuesday Evening Service

Prelude: Oliver Tonning played “Festive Sonatinas,” followed by a children’s choir (pictured above) that sang, “I Found a New Life.”

Featured Testimonies: Evelyn Oilar gave thanks for a Christian family, friends, and that Jesus saved her. Catey Hinkle related an incident with one of her students who lamented that though she and her husband supposedly had attained the “American Dream,” she was still sad, and Catey was reminded that true joy is only found in having a personal relationship with Jesus. Sylvia Phillips stated that the biggest blessing of her entire life was when she prayed and asked Jesus to come into her heart and the Lord saved her.

First Special: A men’s quartet sang, “Keep on Believing.”

Last Special: Sam Asaya sang, “I’ve Decided to Make Jesus My Choice,” while accompanying himself on the piano.

Sermon: Erik Calhoun preached on the faithfulness of God, beginning with Hebrews 10:22-23 and continuing with various other Scriptures that prove how the Lord is trustworthy and will keep all of His promises.
