Prelude: Susie Asaya played a violin solo of “Gavotte” and “Blessed Be Your Name.”

Featured Testimonies: Lily McCarville told how the Lord spared her life when her daughter was born, and again later when she had complications with a miscarriage. Caleb McCarville said he was very sick several months ago, and when he felt he couldn’t handle it much longer he prayed a simple prayer, and soon he got much better. Verna King shared part of Shirley Mueller’s testimony, telling how Sister Shirley had been in various foster homes as a child, but as a teenager was invited to a church service by her aunt. She came and the Lord saved her, and she was faithful to serve Him until her recent passing.

Last Special: Holly Lambert sang “Be Still and Know.”

Sermon: Michael Ivany (pictured above), pastor in Englee, Newfoundland, Canada, preached from Matthew 25:1-13, using the parable of the wise and foolish virgins to illustrate how Christians need to be prepared for their Bridegroom’s soon return by keeping their spiritual vessels full of His Spirit.
