The worker application needs to be reviewed every two years, so if the applications were submitted in 2020, they would be due for renewal in 2022. It will not be necessary for young people who will turn 18 during 2021 to fill out a Youth Worker Application; the existing worker application is sufficient. Young people who will not turn 18 in 2022 or later should fill in a Youth Worker Application.
