12-10-2021 – Friday Evening Service

Prelude: A young brass group played “Silent Night” and “Go Tell It on the Mountain.”

Featured Testimonies: Orrin Lee (pictured above) shared that for a few years he wasn’t saved, but had trouble admitting it to his mom. Recently, he finally admitted it, prayed with his mom and grandma, and the Lord saved him. Ade Asaya expressed her gratitude for the Lord’s provision for a large dental bill after her husband made a recent job change and they were without insurance.

First Special: The choir sang “King of the Ages.”

Last Special: Caleb Copko sang “Joseph’s Lullaby,” as he played guitar and Luke Copko played cello.

Sermon: Ryan Erdmann preached from Luke 7:40 and 43, speaking of the adversity Mary and Joseph faced. He reminded those present that adversity comes to all, but with God’s help, it can make us stronger.
