Sermon: Dave Lambert’s message, taken from Ephesians 4:31-32, was on the doctrine of forgiveness. He explained that forgiveness means "forsaking one's right to retaliation.” He said that when a person forgives, both parties benefit: the debtor is relieved of guilt and the forgiver is released from resentment and anger, and their relationship can be restored.
