Prelude: Jane Ewers played “Silent Night,” “O Holy Night,” and “Thou Didst Leave Thy Thone” on the violin.

Testimonies: Kristi Riler shared that she is grateful that God is with her day by day, even helping her put one foot in front of the other when it feels that is all she can do. Nikita Jones related an incident at her work where the Lord instructed her to pray for her class and the day ahead; she obeyed and later, when a need arose, the Lord had already gone before and provided a solution. Claire Moberg (pictured above) told of her salvation at the age of six. Then at age twelve, she became hungry for more and learned about sanctification, so she prayed and the Lord sanctified her. She said it wasn’t just some emotion that she felt, but it was a real experience.

First Special: The choir sang “Great, Great Joy.”

Last Special: Michael McCarville sang “Noel.”

Sermon: Tom Pricskett used Isaiah 54:10 for his text, and spoke about God’s covenant of peace and kindness. He likened this agreement between God and man to opening a Christmas present. He said people just need to believe and receive what God has for them.
