Prelude: A young string quartet played “Softly and Tenderly” and “Praise to the Lord.” Following this, Rob and Alicia Parker sang “A Hungry Heart.”

Featured Testimonies: Irina Nasteka (pictured above) and her husband, Anatoliy, will be moving to Texas soon, and she testified. She shared that when they came to the United States, they prayed God would lead them to the church where He wanted them, and she is thankful they have been able to call this church home for many years. Duane Wilson was thankful for salvation and the many answers to prayer he has received over the years, and he shared how the Holy Spirit helps him not to forget those things that the Lord has done for him. Susie Asaya said recently memories were coming to her, of people who had been affected by her sin, and she felt really guilty. However, God reminded her that since she is now saved, there is no more condemnation. She is thankful that she doesn’t have to carry that burden anymore because God took it and has given her freedom.

First Special: The choir sang “Hallelujah! We Shall Rise.”

Last Special: Diana Lambert sang “I Am Blessed.”

Sermon: Gary Riler read Matthew 22:14, and spoke on the subject of the call of God, explaining what that means and how it happens.
