Prelude: Ginger Patan played a piano solo of “When We All Get to Heaven,” “Bringing in the Sheaves,” and “Light Cavalry Overture.

Featured Testimonies: Azaria Charles shared how she had been feeling discontented with where she was in life, and how she had not been able to accomplish some of the things she had planned. However, she prayed, asking God to help her, and He did! He kept reminding her of various blessings in her life, and one Sunday He dropped contentment into her heart and it has remained there.

Sungun Yune (pictured below) told how, at six years old she was impressed with the pianist at church and wanted to be like her, only later realizing it was the pianist's holiness that really caught her attention. She outlined her journey of learning piano, then organ, and eventually marrying and moving to the United States. While in college, she had wondered why God led her to do the extra schooling to learn the pipe organ when there weren’t many in the Korean churches, but for the past several years she has been one of the main organists in the Portland church.

Last Special: Sister Azaria sang “My Father Watches Over Me.”

Sermon: John Musgrave used Luke 23:8 for the text of his sermon about a miracle-working God, and stated, “Only God can take someone dead in trespasses and sins and cleanse and make that one whole again, and give power to go and sin no more.”
