07-06-02023 - Thursday Evening Service

Prelude: A clarinet trio played “The Love of God” and “Do Lord.”  A ladies’ choir followed, singing, “When They Call My Name."

Testimony: Jon Cantrell was thankful for a job that allows him to still attend camp meeting and for a church that is faithful to preach truth. Charity Ikpe gave thanks for God’s strength, peace, and joy after losing multiple family members in a short period of time. Victoria Udo appreciated the opportunity to be at camp meeting this year and was thankful that she can say she is still in the battle.

First Special: A Cantrell mixed quartet sang “Look What the Lord Has Done.”

Last Special: A ladies’ choir (pictured above) sang “How Deep the Father’s Love for Us.”

Sermon: Francis Odudu, Regional Superintendent of mainland Europe and associate pastor in Bexley, UK, gave his message from Matthew 11:28, assuring everyone that they can have all of their burdens taken away and they can have victory.
