Prelude: The orchestra played “People Need the Lord” and “How Deep the Father’s Love for Us.” The choir, with accompaniment orchestra then sang “The Battle Hymn of the Republic.”
Featured Testimony: Tom Pricskett spoke of his time in the service and told how he met a man from the Apostolic Faith who told him about the Lord. One day in his barracks he realized Jesus loved him, and that day he turned his back on sin and the Lord saved him.
First Special: The choir sang “This Is America,” accompanied by the orchestra. Veterans and those presently serving in the military were encouraged to stand when they heard their song. (Pictured above: Richard Trotter and others stand for the Air Force anthem.)
