07-01-2022 – Friday Morning Teaching

Prelude: A brass ensemble played “Great Is Thy Faithfulness” and “Crown Him with Many Crowns.” A teaching choir then sang “Praise Him.”

Featured Testimonies: Leidy Pichardo shared how she witnessed God’s power the last time she was at camp meeting when someone receiving their baptism spoke in her language (Spanish), which was a real blessing to her. Damilola Emitola was thankful that God protected her and her family from getting Covid even while she worked in a Covid ward, and also protected her when she got hit by a car but had no broken bones. Michael Ajayi told how the Lord saved him when he was very young, and God has made his life beautiful. Katrina Baros gave thanks for the many times and situations this year when she didn’t know how to pray and God guided her, helping her learn to pray for His will.

First Special: A U.K. vocal ensemble (pictured above) sang “I’m Living in Canaan Now.”

Last Special: Daniela Mocan sang “Thank You, Lord.”

Sermon: Confidence Nemahungani, District Superintendent of South Africa, preached from Hebrews 11:1 and 6 on the faith of old, and reminded everyone that faith is an individual matter which requires looking to God and ignoring circumstances.
