Prelude:  The youth orchestra played “Holy Ground” and “I’ve Been Changed,” followed by the youth choir singing “We Shall Rise Medley.”

Featured Testimonies: Russel Mathews gave thanks to God for saving him from his sins and giving him a measure of musical talent which he can use in the Lord’s service. Sam Asaya said college has been a big change compared to high school, but the Lord is helping him. Josh Friesen testified how God has provided guidance for him, especially recently during several changes in his life, and also provided a way for him to be accepted into a better college.

Sermon:  Ryan Erdmann preached from Luke 15:11-24, and compared the love of the Prodigal Son’s father to Christ Jesus, who loves each person and is willing and waiting to forgive past sins when one surrenders fully to Him.
