Publishing Ministry

One of our main outreaches is printing and distributing Christian literature. We have a history of publication work spanning more than ninety years and are privileged to have had a part in evangelizing internationally from our own church doors. The Gospel message has circled the globe through the printed page, pointing thousands of people to God. The literature has also been instrumental in establishing church congregations around the world. One remarkable feature of this endeavor is that we never charge for our literature—we print and mail it throughout the world, free of charge and postage paid.

Our regular publications include a quarterly magazine entitled Higher Way, which is designed to encourage spiritual growth in believers. We also print a smaller publication, the Light of Hope, which is designed to offer the message of the Gospel to those who do not know God. In addition, we offer a wide selection of Gospel tracts and small booklets on a number of topics for new and growing Christians.

Over the years, we have printed Gospel literature in more than seventy languages and dialects. Every piece of literature is prayed over before it is mailed, and we have seen the results. From a tract which came into the hands of a man in Ghana many years ago, hundreds of people were converted, which led to the establishing of Apostolic Faith churches in Ghana. In the Dominican Republic, a man found a Gospel paper beside the road, and this was the beginning of a work in that area which now numbers more than sixty churches and is growing rapidly. In Korea, a man who was about to commit suicide received a tract. He contacted our church in Pusan, was saved, and later became a pastor. These are just a few of the stories resulting from the foreign literature work.

Letters arrive daily at the headquarters office, encouraging us with the evidence that God’s blessing rests on this literature ministry. New areas of outreach are continually moved into, as the Lord leads. Recently, we mailed literature samples into all the federal and state correctional institutions in the United States and Canada. The positive response was widespread and many chaplains have written asking for more supplies of literature.

Please remember this publishing work in your prayers.
